Be Known, Liked, & Trusted
What motivates a buyer to purchase from you and not your competition? People purchase from people they trust. Depending on your industry, the level of trust needed varies, but is critical for every industry. To gain consumer’s trust, first they have to know you are there. Next, they have to connect with you and learn to like you. Earning someone’s trust is more than just knowing you and liking you. Those are critical first steps in the equation – but if you really want to create a business where people buy from you again and again, you need to gain their trust.

Known Yourself
One of the greatest tools available to professionals is a SWOT Analysis. In order to plan for marketing, sales and goal setting you must know what your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats are.
SWOT should also be studied for knowing your competition. "What do I stay away from, and where should I concentrate my attack". We will concentrate on measurable strategies, and not just vague platitudes.
