A Workplace Improvement Team or Whatever it Takes Team is known as a WIT Team. Its main function is to identify challenges and make improvements. Its goal is to make things better. For the Network, that means constantly identifying things we can put in place to benefit our members and the local community.
Our WIT team is comprised of community-minded members who want to make an impact for others and in return, gain visibility and credibility for themselves and their businesses.
Comprised of 3 different sub-teams, WIT (whatever it takes) team members choose which ones they want to participate in. Sub-team projects may include the planning process and/or plugging Alliance leaders into the resources to ensure success for members and any community projects.
Community Projects: Through the generosity of our members, the Network was able to fill Christmas stockings for 350 local children. Currently, we are working with member Rosenblum Realty to fill a truck for Owens House with Two Men and a Truck for Mother's Day.
Events: Members are in the process of planning business, health, and other events.
New Member Onboarding & Mentoring: We want to make sure new members have all of the tools to make the most of their membership. Team members help plan and implement the onboarding process and training for new and existing members.
