We are putting some new things in place in our Alliances.
New leadership begins in all Alliances in October and our Liaison team has just been relaunched. Two training sessions have been set. We will cover all leadership positions in each session, but Directors, co-directors, speaker co-ordinators and liaisons are expected to be at the Monthly Leadership lunch unless you have a schedule conflict. You can attend this session instead.
If you have agreed to step up into a leadership position, join our Liaison team, already are in leadership and have agreed to continue, or are interested in joining either, attendance is required at one of our 2 training sessions unless you contact me and let me know you have a conflict with both days.
No matter what position you are filling, if you can't make this session, another one will be offered at our Leadership Lunch on Tues, Oct 3rd at Cantina Laredo at 11:30
The great thing about the Network is our ability to adapt to the current business and marketing environment. It's very important that we are all on the same page as we move into the new year. We want to do everything possible to make this a great year for you and for all Alliance members.
