Our Speakers Bureau is a resource for organizations and companies to find speakers for classes, meetings, conventions, church activities, and other educational and promotional events. The speaker database (located on ValleyBusinessSource.com and linked to the Network website) can be searched at no cost and no membership required. The organization may then contact the potential speaker directly for detailed information, such as cost (if any) and availability. All speaking agreements are made between the speaker and the organization. The Network only acts as marketing medium, bringing them together. The Network and ValleyBusinessSource.com do not act as agents or intermediaries between speakers and event organizers, and all communications are made directly between the parties.
Speakers Bureau applicants must also be members of the TN Valley Business Network. Network membership does not guarantee approval. Speakers are reviewed before approval and listing on the Speakers Bureau page. The Network takes no responsibility for the content, language or conduct of any speakers, nor for the actions of any event organizers. All users of the website must make independent judgments as to the mutual suitability of speakers and events.
The Network encourages the use of bureau speakers through our magazine, websites, social media and other services and expos.
Speakers Bureau Fee
Applicants who are accepted into the Speakers Bureau agree to the annual cost of $95 for inclusion. An invoice will be sent upon acceptance into the bureau and must be paid before being listed on the websites.
We ask that all members have a photo or logo that we can include on their webpage. We also strongly encourage that a video be provided. The Network offers opportunities for professionally edited videos and headshots at a discounted cost for any member who needs them.
